Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Orchard Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
