Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charleston, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer tracking that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
