Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Boston, MA)

Redstone Meridian Freight is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
