Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Clear Energy Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on meter readings that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
