Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Ember Staffing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on temp assignments that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of temp assignments.
