Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Freight Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on loads and lanes that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
