Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Atlanta. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Build reports on machine downtime that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
