Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ember Community Partners and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
