Supply Chain Analyst - ingredient planning (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Rowan Foods Group is a large food producer with plants across Wisconsin. Keeping ingredients arriving on time is a daily challenge. We are hiring a contract supply chain analyst to improve our planning. What you will do • Forecast ingredient needs from production schedules and sales projections. • Monitor supplier performance and inventory levels across plants. • Recommend safety-stock levels and alternative sourcing where risk is high. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain or demand planning, ideally in food or consumer goods. • Strong analytical skills and comfort with ERP data. Contract for six months, on site in Milwaukee.
