Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood West Energy Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 966 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on usage data that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
