Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Fern Freight Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on proof of delivery that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
