Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Ivory Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Jose region, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on harvest schedules that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of harvest schedules.
