Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Holdings is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer tracking that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
