Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Pharma Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on quality documentation that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
