Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Forge Freight Group is a Salt Lake City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
