Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Juniper Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Sacramento, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
