Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Sacramento, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on capital projects that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
