Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Farms and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
