Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Sparrow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Richmond region, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on grower contracts that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
