Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Richmond. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on service complaints that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
