Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Farms Partners and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
