Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Harbor Energy and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on usage data that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of usage data. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
