Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Greenridge Birch Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oakland, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. We reward reliability. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on loads and lanes that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
