Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Fernwood Granite Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Des Moines plant, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer orders that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
