Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Ironwood Community Partners Group is a San Antonio charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
