Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Rivermark West Freight is a Birmingham logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
