Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Cedar Harbor Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Boston, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
