Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Silverline Union Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Little Rock region, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
