Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Silverline Pike Community Partners is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on benefits enrolment that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of benefits enrolment. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
