Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Westbrook Ashton Foods produces packaged foods at its Baltimore plant. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on production batches that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
