Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners Group is a Chicago charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of donor records. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
