Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Ironwood Vale Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on device records that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
