Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Meridian Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Raleigh, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer tracking that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
