Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Providence supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Providence. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on grant reporting that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
