Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Portland, OR)

Northwind Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Portland. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on production lines that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
