Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Cross Energy is an energy provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Build reports on billing disputes that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of billing disputes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
