Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Philadelphia, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
