Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Fern Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near New Orleans. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on harvest schedules that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
