Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in New Orleans, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build reports on machine downtime that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
