Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Oak Foods is a Nashville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
