Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Minneapolis, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on regulatory filings that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
