Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Willow Community Partners is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Madison. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on grant reporting that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
