Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Meridian Foods Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on sanitation schedules that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
