Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Rook Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Knoxville. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on account servicing that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
