Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Field Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Indianapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
