Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Nova Meadow Financial and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on payment disputes that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of payment disputes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
