Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Sparrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Hartford. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on proof of delivery that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
