Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners is a nonprofit in Grand Rapids supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
