Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Detroit plant, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. You would join a large organisation of about 310 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on production lines that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
