Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on service complaints that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with an ERP or planning system.
